Law City Zenebatos Law City Zenebatos was the wingly capital of law and justice. A signet sphere was located here. The city still functions though the efforts of magic-powered robots however they are trapped in an endless loop, proposing and passing the same legistature even though there is no one left to carry it out.

Death City Mayfil Death City Mayfil was the wingly capital of death. It was supposed to have been rendered functionless during the Dragon Campaign. Unfortunately demons have taken up residence and now play with the souls that gather there. Several previously encountered friends and foes have been drawn to this place.
