Deningrad Deningrad is the capital of Mille Seseau. Located at its center is the Crystal Palace. Once the wingly birth city, the Crystal Palace contains a functioning Signet Sphere. The city is also the capital for the Divine Tree religion and the home of the National Library.

Neet Neet was destroyed by the Black Monster and has been left as ruins. A memorial is located in the town dedicated to those who perished. It was the hometown of Dart and Luanne.

Kashua Glacier Kashua Glacier is a large ice formation to the west of Deningrad. Contained within is the functioning remains of Flanvel Tower and the Divine Moon Mirror. The Wingly Wizard Faust plots world domination inside a hidden portion of the tower however his dreams never come to fluition.

The Snowfield The Snowfield makes up the west portion of Mille Seseau. The only thing it contains is the remains of Fort Magrad, an abandoned human settlement dating to the Dragon Campaign.

The Forbidden Land The Forbidden Land is the remains of Wingly Capital Kadessa which was destroyed by the Dragoons during the Dragon Campaign. The same magic corruption in Tibernoa resides in the ruins. Both the Dragon Buster and Dragon Block Staff were sealed inside however the Dragon Buster was stolen long ago. A dormant Virage is also sealed inside along with many memories.
