This new generation of dinosaurs walking around this island most of them free but others like pack leaders or stronger species of dinosaurs, many of these controlled dinosaurs had tattoos or decals that were custom to their controller.
Along the plains of Isla Del Cano there was a Segnosaurus with black tribal tattoos, these were custom for The Hidden One that hid somewhere on the island, This person was the very one that chased away any Ingen scientists with a swarm of dinosaurs.
